After the 30-second intro, it immediately begins with Ash holding a video recorder, stating that he is going to film in the school elevator without permission. After the elevator opens, Ash goes inside and films for a few seconds. He relays his decisions again by stating that he is going to return to the first floor. Ash unexpectedly stops at the second floor, where he is met by an angry teacher. The teacher tells Ash that he is suspended for four weeks for filming without permission and that when they return to the first floor, he will call Ash's parents.
Following a transition where a hand writes "When Ash got home..." with a black marker, Ash is now in the television room with his mother, Delia Ketchum. Ash is crying as Delia demands him to hand over the video recorder. The video recorder is animated to hover over to Delia. She tells Ash that he should know better than to film in the school elevator and grounds Ash for five months. Furthermore, Delia says that when the four-week suspension is over, Ash will only be allowed to leave the house to go to school, and that if he were to arrive home late, he would be grounded for even longer. Delia tells Ash go to his room, then he runs off, crying.
